About me
I have drawn and painted for as long as I can remember and to be an artist has been a life long dream.
I graduated from university with a degree in Graphic Design and Graphic Illustration in 2010. And worked in a school as an art and Design technology technician for about 6 years.
Growing up in rural Suffolk as a farmers daughter, I have been surrounded by livestock, working dogs, horses and wildlife. I have enjoyed drawing, photographing and painting these subjects since a young age.
I have always lived on the point of two rivers, the river Orwell and the river Stour. I live with my husband and daughter and we spend a lot of time on the coast. I will always appreciate being near water, it absolutely fascinates me.
As my family had working dogs as a child I have a soft spot for spaniels and Labradors. I currently have two cocker spaniels and a Labrador. We also own pekin chickens and a giant African land snail.
